For the third time Aviation Specialties Unlimited, (ASU) was selected as the company that will train the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Aviation Safety Inspectors (ASI) on the use of night vision goggles (NVGs).  ASU will provide both initial training and recurrent training to FAA ASI’s beginning on July 23, 2016.

GSA customers can now capture the night with the new Ecliptus, night vision GoPro® camera and for a very limited time, below the micropurchase limit for Government Card Holders. The Ecliptus will be available for $3,495—a $2,000 discount—during the month of June by Aviation Specialties Unlimited, Inc. (ASU) a Boise, Idaho-based night vision company on GSA Contract GS-07F-0345J.

Aviation Specialties Unlimited, Inc. (ASU) a Boise, Idaho-based night vision company engaged with GSA representatives and contractors at the Southwest Supply Acquisition Center (SSAC) Industry days May 3-4, 2016 in Fort Worth, Texas to better serve their GSA customers. At the event ASU announced that the company’s new Ecliptus product is now available on GSA.

(BOISE, IDAHO– January 19. 2016) In order to appeal to a larger audience and customer base, Aviation Specialties Unlimited Inc., (ASU) is rebranding its previously announced N16HT Pro system as Ecliptus. The Ecliptus is a wireless, recording and image sharing night vision system.  ASU, also announced that the company has launched a Kickstarter campaign for the new product at Kickstarter.

Aviation Specialties Unlimited Inc. (ASU) of Idaho, U.S., and U.K.-based operator and support organization Specialist Aviation Services Ltd (SAS) announced that the company has obtained CAA approval for the use of White Phosphor night vision goggles (NVGs) on the MD 902 Explorer.
