Admin Assistant

Office Location: Boise, Idaho


Leading edge, international aviation company, located in Boise, Idaho is seeking an a Part-Time Administrative Assistant primary responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, receiving and distributing mail, greeting customers and guests, document scanning and archival general office upkeep and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment, with a great attitude, exceptional attention to detail and flexibility as this is an evolving position.



  • 1-2 years prior office experience is preferred
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with excellent time management skills.
  • Experience with multi-line phone system
  • Proficient in computer operation skills, including MS Office
  • Experience with Quick Books preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to show initiative, use sound judgment, and problem-solve
