Knowledge of and ability to teach and apply effective instructional technique in the classroom and practical. Able to work well under pressure in fast-paced while exercising sound judgment at all times. Able to prepare comprehensive training documents. Able to assist students.
Must be able to stand, sit, and walk and climb steps to the second floor senior-management offices. Frequently required to use the phone, fax, copy machine and to use a computer.
Mental / Reasoning Abilities: Must be able to think logically in a busy environment. Must be able to read and understand regulatory and instructional materials. Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Able to interpret an extensive variety of instructions and deal with abstract and concrete variables.
