ASU Welcomes Retired Army Lt. Col. Keye Perry as Eastern USG Territory Manager

Aviation Specialties Unlimited (ASU) is excited to announce the newest addition to our team—retired Army Lieutenant Colonel Keye Perry, who joins us as the Eastern United States USG Territory Manager.

With more than 20 years of decorated military service and over 14 years in civilian aviation, Perry brings a unique blend of leadership, technical expertise, and strategic insight that will directly benefit ASU customers and partners.

A Proven Leader in Aviation

During his two decades in the U.S. Army, Perry accumulated more than 1,100 flight hours as a test pilot while also taking on critical responsibilities in aircraft maintenance, supply chain management, facility operations, and project oversight. His experience is as wide-ranging as it is deep—covering both the tactical and strategic sides of aviation.

After retiring from the military, Perry built on that foundation in the civilian sector, working with leading aviation companies around the world in business development and project management roles. His ability to bridge military and commercial aviation operations makes him a natural fit for ASU’s growing government-focused programs.

A Strong Academic and Professional Background

Perry holds a master’s degree in information technology from Webster University, a bachelor’s degree in systems engineering from the U.S. Military Academy, and is currently pursuing his doctorate at Liberty University. He has also earned more than a dozen professional certifications, including ITAR compliance and project management, and completed specialized training through Homeland Security, FEMA, and the military.

Why Keye Perry is the Right Fit for ASU

At ASU, we’re proud to serve a wide range of government agencies that require not just cutting-edge night vision technology but also a trusted partner who understands procurement processes, operational requirements, and long-term sustainment needs.

“Keye has an outstanding reputation and a wealth of experience in the military and civil aviation industry,” said Chad St. Francis, ASU’s Vice President of Business Development. “His knowledge of government programs, aviation initiatives, and program requirements will greatly enhance ASU’s ability to serve clients.”

With the increasing demand for ASU’s E3 Night Vision Goggle line and the growing complexity of aviation programs, Perry’s role will be instrumental in helping agencies through the entire lifecycle of their night vision programs—from initial sales to maintenance and modernization.

“As agencies build or retool their fleets, Keye’s expertise will be invaluable,” said Dan Meyer, ASU’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “He will be a tremendous addition to the team.”

Looking Ahead

ASU is thrilled to welcome Keye Perry to the family. His leadership, technical acumen, and proven track record in both military and civilian aviation will help us continue to deliver lifesaving night vision solutions that keep crews mission-ready.
