In 1995 Aviation Specialties Unlimited, Inc. (ASU), was established in Boise, Idaho, to meet the growing demand for aviation night vision. Since then, ASU has become the preferred partner for rotor- and fixed-wing night vision aircraft operators. ASU designs, manufactures, installs and obtains certification for night vision lighting systems and night vision goggles(NVGs). ASU provides initial and advanced flight and ground training services. ASU sustains our products and services through our FAA approved Repair Station and PMA shop. ASU is a global provider of NVG services and product for our military and civil customers.

With decades of experience in corporate and government research and development, the ASU team can tackle the most challenging aerospace and defense projects. The team holds patents and technical publications in night vision and electro-optical imaging systems on numerous imaging systems.
