Aviation Specialties Unlimited Inc. (ASU) added two fixed wing STCs to its growing list of fixed wing aircraft STCs, after successfully completing Night Vision Imaging System (NVIS) STC Lighting Installations on a PZL M18A Dromader and a Thrush S2R, agricultural spray planes.

The Night Vision Awards selection committee announced today they are now accepting nominations for the 2014 Night Vision Awards Show to be held in Phoenix, AZ at the Airborne Law Enforcement Association’s (ALEA) annual conference. Awards will be presented to recipients on Thursday, July 17 at an awards reception from 4:30-5:30 p.m.

Aviation Specialties Unlimited Inc. (ASU) added a new Transport Canada and revised FAA STC to its growing list of STCs after successfully completing an NVIS Lighting System installation on a Sikorsky S76 B in Canada.  

Aviation Specialties Unlimited, (ASU) announced today that it completed its 800th FAA approved night vision cockpit modification prior to HELI EXPO. The modification was completed on an AW139 for Construction Helicopters, Inc., (CHI Aviation).
