The state of Idaho recently sent a delegation of businesses along with Idaho Governor C.L. "Butch" Otter to a trade mission in Canada. Governor Otter presented Aviation Specialties Unlimited, (ASU) valued partner award to PAL Aerospace during the trade mission.
Aviation Specialties Unlimited, Inc., (ASU) announced this week that the company will bring a new night vision display booth to Helitech International Expo and Conference, October 16-18 held in Amsterdam, Netherlands that enables attendees to test night vision goggles. ASU also will host a roundtable discussion, “Shaping the Future of Night Vision Operations in Europe,” from 9:00 am to 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 17, in room F004.

The international panel is to discuss night vision imaging system (NVIS) regulatory policies, procedures and operational issues as it impacts aerial operations. This panel would consist of industry NVIS modifiers and international program manager to discuss current NVIS policy as well as what is anticipated for the future.
