To celebrate our 25th Anniversary, we’ve decide to incorporate a little piece of our history and Idaho into the festivities with a virtual cook-along featuring our famous Idaho Russet potatoes. Read on for the event link.

To prepare for the event please complete steps 1 – cut potatoes into wedges and soak in water for 20 mins –  in advance and ensure you have your utensils available. Ingredient list can be found in the recipe linked below.

For this event we have decided to go with the Classic Potato Wedge with Cheesy Chili Seasoning – recipe here.

Thank you to everyone that submitted their favorite potato recipes. Deciding on what recipe to cook  was a tough decision for our team, so we’ve decided to compile all the recipes into a book which we’re excited to share with you post event!
