To celebrate our 25th Anniversary, we've decide to incorporate a little piece of our history and Idaho into the festivities with a virtual cook-along featuring our famous Idaho Russet potatoes. Read on for the event link.

To prepare for the event please complete steps 1 - cut potatoes into wedges and soak in water for 20 mins - in advance and ensure you have your utensils available. Ingredient list can be found in the recipe linked below.
