We are committed to delivering quality products and an exceptional customer experience. If you purchased a product from ASU and suspect a defect in material or workmanship, follow our simple warranty process: 

1. Click the link below, download and fill out the warranty form. Please fill out all applicable sections completely. Please include a full description and pictures of the product’s defect.
2. Email the completed form and photos to us at customerservice@asu-nvg.com.
3. We’ll review the request and provide a return authorization number and shipping instructions. 
4. After you receive the authorization email, ship the product per ASU’s shipping instructions.
