Isaac started his career with ASU in January 2012. He initially worked as a Manufacturing Technician in PMA (Parts Manufacturer Approval), then moved to the NVG Service Center as an NVG Service Technician, where he now serves as Manager. Isaac holds an Associate's Degree in Applied Science from the College of Western Idaho. Isaac also has several certifications, including a Repairman Certificate for NVG service, a Standard IPC Specialist Certification for Class II Soldiering, and ETA (Electronics Technicians Association) certification. Outside of ASU, he enjoys playing soccer and spending time with his family.

Denis joined the ASU team in 2017 as a PMA Manufacturing Technician. With his aptitude for complete customer care, he advanced to the NVG Service Center as an NVG Service Technician. Denis holds several certifications, including a Repairman Certificate for NVG service and a Standard IPC Specialist Certification for Class II Soldiering. Denis and his family enjoy the outdoors, spending their weekends hiking, fishing, and camping.
