The Hoffman Digital NVD Test Set delivers fast, accurate digital testing for AN/AVS-6, AN/AVS-9, AN/PVS-14, and other night vision systems—now with touchscreen interface and advanced analytics.
The Hoffman ANV-126A Digital Night Vision Device Test Set delivers precise and reliable performance. As the standard testing solution for the U.S. Armed Forces, civil aviation operators, and over 25 countries worldwide, it offers enhanced visual resolution for both green and white phosphor NVGs.
Replacing many analog components found in the original ANV-126, the ANV-126A includes a built-in microprocessor and touchscreen interface. These upgrades simplify testing and reduce manual input. Technicians can follow guided menus and use preset Gain values with automatic ratio calculations, streamlining calibration and increasing consistency.
Supports AN/AVS-6, AN/AVS-9, AN/PVS-14, F4949, and similar NVGs
40° field of view with enhanced image clarity
Touchscreen interface with guided test sequences
Preset and user-adjustable Gain settings
Includes complete electrical hardware and adapters
Option to retrofit into existing ANV-126 cases
Suitable for use in both military and civil aviation environments
You can complete testing under normal lighting conditions—no dark adaptation is required. The system automatically evaluates high- and low-light resolution, as well as honeycomb and blemish defects. Results display as clear Pass/Fail indicators, significantly improving both safety and productivity.
Whether you’re performing routine maintenance or conducting pre-mission checks, the ANV-126A ensures fast, accurate, and repeatable testing—every time.
